Today is the third anniversary of the North-Eastern Japan earthquake and tsunami. Last year in Tokyo one could get the impression that it is past history, but along the Sanriku coast recovery is slow and the disaster is still very much present.
3/11 sparked off what I suspect was a record number of charity concerts, and I wrote about some of them in a series of blogs at violinist.com.
